Acquisition, Relocation, Certification (ARC)
is an Instructional Application of Real Property Acquisition and Relocation Assistance Requirements for FAA assisted Airport Projects intended for Airport Grant Sponsors / Airport Owners that need only acquire a few parcels for their AIP eligible projects with little or no relocation assistance required.

ARC includes the following features:

  • Provides an interactive overview of the FAA AC 150/5100-17, Land Acquisition, and Relocation Assistance for Airport Improvement Program Assisted Projects.
  • Assists your evaluation of available options and capability to acquire needed property.
  • Assists your timely and compliant land acquisition needed for your FAA grant eligible work.
  • Provides Case Studies / Sample Work.
  • Provides a simple “Fillable Form” Quality Control System.
  • Assists you to evaluate and select Qualified Consultant Resources (Recommended for larger and complex projects.)
  • Provides you with regional FAA contact information.

ARC is a stand alone database application with associated Word, Excel, PDF, and HTML Help documents.

System Requirements for Using ARC:

  • A personal computer with a 486 or higher processor
  • Microsoft Windows® 95, 98, ME, 2000, NT, or XP operating system or Microsoft Windows NT® Workstation operating system 3.51 or later
  • 16 MB of memory for Windows 95 (32 MB recommended)
  • 32 MB of memory for Windows NT Workstation
  • 40 MB of hard disk space (40 MB free for installation only)
  • VGA or higher-resolution video adapter
  • Microsoft Mouse or compatible pointing device
